Q.  Are you going to throw out all of my things?

A.   No, I will not throw out your belongings or get rid of anything without your permission.  I will help you make decisions on which possessions fit into your vision for you home and life.  

Q.  How much will my project cost? 

Q.  How long will it take to complete my project? 

A.   These questions have the same answer.

Each client and project are different so it is hard to give an exact time frame and cost.  After I see your project and listen to your needs, I will estimate the time it will take, but there are variables which can make a project take more time.  For example, it can depend on how easy it is for you to make decisions on items, or if there is someone else involved in the decision making process, how much homework is done between sessions, etc.  Also, a project can take less time than estimated.

Q.  Do I need to purchase bins or containers before you arrive? 

A.   No, you do not need to purchase any supplies before our first session.  Once we get to the step where items need to be purchased, you can either have me shop for you at my shopping rate $75 hour or you can shop for the items yourself.  30 minutes of shopping is included in each session.  Materials are not marked up, they are billed at cost plus tax. 

Q.  What does a session include? 

A.   Of course organizing.  It also includes: 

An action plan with organizing solutions

Donation drop off (1 car load) or scheduled pick up after each session.

Emails, texts and calls to support and answer questions while the project is ongoing. 

30 minutes of shopping for needed supplies (after 30 minutes client is billed at $75 hour)
